The processing of personal data carried out on our site was the subject of a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés under number 1901584 v 0, on 02/11/2015.
The personal data collected on our site are used to process orders and manage the commercial relationship (contact form, online appointment booking, orders, invoices, promotions). We may also use your data to meet our legal and/or regulatory obligations where applicable.
The information you provide is confidential, not rented and not sold to third parties.
Your customer file and the data you provide when booking and during your appointment are kept for 2 years (unless you advise otherwise).

The recipients of your personal data collected on our site are primarily ourselves for the processing of your orders and the management of customer relations.
Other recipients of your personal data are, where applicable, our service providers: online appointment booking, Sendinblue e-mailing (following your agreement in the customer file), means of payment or security payments and our business partners.

The information collected during the massage or Naturopathy appointment is saved on the Jupi'terre software (La Boite Naturo). Software developed and hosted in France, the data is saved on secure HDS servers, complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) with regard to the protection of health data and also uses the HTTPS protocol (a security certificate issued by a third-party and neutral authority, whose objective is to guarantee the confidentiality of the data sent).
Cookies
This site uses cookies (also called trackers), necessary for page navigation, shopping cart storage and access to secure areas of the website. The website cannot function optimally for the user without thesetechnical cookies. Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages (such as appointment scheduling software and e-commerce tools).
